Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Client and Good Guys Design Sp. z o.o., Goleszowska 27, 43-308 Bielsko-Biała (KRS: 0000XXXXXX).

2. Services

Brand identity, website design, app design, dashboard design, motion design. All digital (Figma, assets, documentation).

3. Payment

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Stripe EUR. VAT 23% (PL). Reverse charge EU B2B. Late payment: Art. 481 KC.

4. IP

All files → client on full payment. GGD retains portfolio rights (anonymised). Third-party assets licensed separately.

5. Revisions

Friendly: 1 round. Awesome: 3. Legendary: unlimited within scope. Extra: €497/round.

6. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per Art. 27 Ustawa o prawach konsumenta. Exception: Art. 38(1). ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Law

Polish law. Sąd Rejonowy w Bielsku-Białej. Updated: March 2026.
